The De Havilland Mosquito is one of WWII’s most versatile and iconic aircraft — a wooden wonder that served as bomber, reconnaissance plane, night fighter, and more. This 1/48 scale model kit from Tamiya lets you build either the B‑Mk.IV bomber version or the PR‑Mk.IV photo‑reconnaissance variant. Beautifully engineered, this kit captures the Mosquito’s sleek twin‑engine profile, its characteristic transparent nose, and all the subtle details that made it a favourite among photographers, pilots, and modellers alike. Whether you want the stealthy reconnaissance craft with cameras or the bomber with its 500 lb bombs, this kit gives you the flexibility, detail, and craftsmanship that Tamiya is known for.
