Tamiya 1:24 Porsche 934 Turbo RSR Vaillant

The Porsche 934 is a German sports and racing car that was first presented to the public in 1976. Its production lasted in the years 1976-1977, and only about 400 cars of this model were built.

The 934 model was developed on the basis of the Porsche 930 (911 Turbo) car, in such a way as to meet the regulatory requirements for cars in the FIA Group 4 series. The structure of the vehicle was strengthened, the braking and steering system was improved, and efforts were made to reduce its weight. Finally, a car weighing only 1090 kilograms was created, powered by a 480 HP engine (later upgraded to 550 HP!), Which was able to reach a maximum speed of 300 km / h, and its acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h was 3 , 9 seconds. The Porsche 934 car competed mainly in the colors of the Deutsche Rennsport Meisterschaft team (DRM for short).
